Introduction

From traditional infrastructure to intelligent, connected, data-driven systems

I am Ali Porkareh, an IT and network infrastructure professional with more than a decade of hands-on experience who has expanded into industrial IoT, intelligent systems, software development and industrial digitalization.

My work starts where existing equipment, networks and processes meet new requirements: making machines measurable, connecting sites reliably and turning data into decisions — step by step, with solutions that operators can maintain themselves.

  • Engineering approach: assessment before technology choice
  • Retrofit first: modernise existing assets where it makes sense
  • Secure, documented and maintainable systems
  • Vendor-neutral technology and network selection

Areas of expertise

Smart solutions tailored to each industry

Nine focused service areas — from the mine and the production line to the city and the network that connects them.

All services

Smart Mining

Condition monitoring, fleet telemetry, worker safety and ventilation monitoring on a reliable network for open-pit and underground mines, from assessment to rollout.

Smart Factory

Machine data from PLCs, OEE-style production KPIs, energy monitoring and predictive maintenance basics, delivered in stages without stopping production.

Smart City

Street lighting, parking, air quality, water leak detection, waste and utility metering on one open urban data platform, designed with citizen privacy in mind.

Industrial IoT

Industrial IoT systems designed end to end: sensors, gateways, protocols, edge computing, ThingsBoard platform and security, with the full lifecycle in mind.

Legacy Equipment Retrofit

Adding sensing and connectivity to older machines and meters without replacing them: current and vibration sensors, optical meter reading and PLC gateways.

Industrial Monitoring

Industrial monitoring from sensor to screen: telemetry acquisition, ThingsBoard dashboards, escalating alarms and KPIs that operators and maintenance teams can trust.

Network Infrastructure Automation

Design, documentation and automation of network infrastructure for industrial and enterprise sites, from segmentation and VPN to automated config backups and monitoring.

Smart Metering

Smart metering for water, gas, electricity and heat: retrofitting existing meters with pulse or optical readers, choosing wireless connectivity and building a data platform.

IoT Consulting & System Integration

Vendor-neutral IIoT consulting from requirements and feasibility to architecture, device selection, proof of concept, integration with business systems and documented handover.

Industrial solutions

Where intelligent systems create value
